OUR STORY

Salteñas Del Paceno is a family-owned restaurant that specializes in Bolivian savory pastries. Our mission is to bring the unique and delicious flavors of Bolivian cuisine to our community. We import traditional Bolivian spices to create the perfect filling for our pastries. Our story began when our founder, Carlos, moved to the United States and one morning woke up with a big craving for bolivian food. At the time there were no restaurants that served his favorite childhood food- salteñas. He decided to bring the authentic taste of salteñas to the U.S, and Del Paceño was born. We believe that good food brings people together, and we are passionate about sharing our culture through our food.
